I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the customer service I received following my vehicle purchase. Initially, I was impressed with the service provided before I made my purchase with the customer service I received following my vehicle purchase. Initially, I was impressed with the service provided before I made my purchase. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made my decision to buy much easier. However, after completing the transaction, my experience took a disappointing turn. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have encountered several challenges with customer service. There seems to be a noticeable lack of communication between the dealer and the shop, which has led to misunderstandings and frustration on my end. I found it difficult to get timely and accurate information regarding my vehicle, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth ownership experience. I believe effective communication and customer support are vital in building lasting relationships with customers. I hope my feedback can help identify areas for improvement, ensuring that future customers have a better experience post-purchase. More

Due to the car going to the shop, the dealership lent me a car to use in the meantime. Highly recommend these people to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Just bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and I am so excited. Richard Ewing the sales manager helped me get the Jeep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. They don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in o you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in on ANOTHER new one and they would take mine in (2400 miles) for used car prices! it’s a 2023 Latitude it’s been in the shop a total of 4 .times and they recognized the problem but because there were no codes showing they didn’t know what to repair and I would just have to live with it. I am moving for with a legal help! More
