Service manager refuses to call back after many attempts trying to reach him. When he doesn't pick up, the switch board asks if you would like to leave your name and number and he will call you back. Communication is key. I was told that they texted me in the computer system that my truck was ready. I didn't receive a message. They tell me that system doesn't work half the time. I even showed them my phone so they could see for themselves. My truck was filthy dirty when I received it back. The hood and lower cowl of the front windshield looked like someone spilt yogurt all over it. The porter who pulled up my truck just got out and walked away. The seat was so far forward I could hardley get in. He looked about as miserable as a person can be, at least try and fake a smile. I got out of there as fast as I could to go and my truck washed. What ever that stuff was all over my hood was really hard getting off. I wonder how much damage to the paint will occur? More

Picked up my car and left with more problems than I came in with. Not happy at all. Dealership is not taking any accountability and is steadily trying to give me a bill. Does it make any sense how they try in with. Not happy at all. Dealership is not taking any accountability and is steadily trying to give me a bill. Does it make any sense how they try and milk people dry especially when times are hard. I know my car like the back of my had and after I picked up my car i immediately noticed the new problems that I did it have before. They kept my car 5 weeks to fix a transmission issue now the advisor says they had to move move the starter to get the transmission issue but now there’s a possible issue with the starter. Hmmm. Ok. But here’s your $900 estimate for a new starter. I’m so disappointed and exhausted. More

I purchased a 2022 Silverado. Dave Brewer was my salesman. There was no high pressure from him or anyone else in the sales department. Great experience. Dave was very patient and understanding of my needs. Had 2 issues with the truck shortly after I bought. It The GMC service department took it in right away and resolved it and had it back to me same day with no appointment. They were very kind and helpful. All the sales people at that location were very pleasant and helpful. Great experience. I brought the truck to the location on Bartow rd for the second problem. Scott the service writer has been fantastic thru the whole repair. I had been in the service industry all my life up to retirement. It’s refreshing to see a company that takes good care of their customers after the sale. I must say I did not see one unhappy employee there. I also dealt with Doug the lead tech in service and was excellent. The reason I chose Regal to buy a vehicle mainly was the service I received on my Colorado. I usually make those decisions on what kind of service department they have. My sincere thanks to all those that I had dealt with in sales and service. Great experience. More
