Scott was very helpful and honest best part of the day. The dealership was great wish there was room to negotiate but they do not on certified cars. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Scott when I came in to test drive the Q8. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was, regarding not only the brand, but the exact specifications for the vehic came in to test drive the Q8. All of the folks who assisted me with my purchase (Scott, George & Michael) were extremely polite and helpful as well. My young son accompanied me during both visits, to complete the sale and take delivery. The dealership was clean, quiet and had a fantastic waiting area with a variety of drinks and snacks, along with a tv area.
