This dealership is the worst, we least a Hyundai from
another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't
another dealership decided to purchase an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle after the lease was over, they told us the warranty wasn't good it was only good for that dealership so we had to cancel it and buy a more expensive one. We found out later this was not true, then they gave us coupons for an oil change as part of convincing us to purchase the vehicle at their dealership then they say they're under new management and they no longer accept the coupons and we have to pay full price, I would never recommend nor go to this dealership ever again. Stay away they are con artist. Today I talked to the manager there and they said they had no clue what I was talking about with the warranty that the warranty should be good at any dealership so basically the manager of the dealership let us know how we got screwed.

We went for a test drive , The car was exactly as described & just what I was looking for. Tom was great. We negotiated a great price along w/my trade in w/used car Sales mgr.Jose’ & completed everything promptly. I had done my homework on the vehicle in all competing dealerships in market place. Tom & Jose’ were complete professionals & pleasure to do business with. Ketyra handled all the documentation accurately & immediately The entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend them highly .

We made an appointment to test drive a specific Genesis GV80 and drove almost 100 miles to Patrick Hyundai. Our salesman was pretty good but the place was under construction and mess. We even had to jump in a car and move it out of the way so we could get through the parking lot.
The biggest issue was that the car we test drove wasn't prepped. We noticed a horrible moldy odor as soon as we got in the car and there were french fries on the floor. Instead of prepping the car someone put scent blocks under each of the front seats.
The salesman committed to getting the vehicle prepped and call us back. Unfortunately, he won't even return our calls.
I purchased a BMW from Patrick several years ago and everything was great. This was my first experience with Genesis and is was extremely disappointing.
