My experience working with Scot Kik and Jim Norton Chevy was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scot listened to us and asked questions to really understand what we needed and what we liked. He was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scot listened to us and asked questions to really understand what we needed and what we liked. He was genuine in his communication with us and never tried to "sell" us something we didn't want to buy. Scot worked until he found us the deal that fit us perfectly. The staff handling the details of the deal were impressive. The finance office was equally impressive. On a side note, the service department did some work for me on my previous vehicle (one purchased from a different dealership). The front-line service associates were so helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and were transparent listing all of the options and costs. I highly recommend working with this dealership and I very highly recommend working with Scot Kik. More

Sam worked with me to get me in a vehicle the same day, despite my circumstance! 😊 Extremely happy with my purchase, this is the second vehicle I have purchased at Jim Norton Chevrolet. despite my circumstance! 😊 Extremely happy with my purchase, this is the second vehicle I have purchased at Jim Norton Chevrolet. A bad experience turned into A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I purchased a 2017 Kia Forte that had problems from the start. It was covered under factory warranty but the Kia dealer could not fix the problem with purchased a 2017 Kia Forte that had problems from the start. It was covered under factory warranty but the Kia dealer could not fix the problem with the radiator fan. I want to stress that I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with everyone at the dealership. My salesman Scott was very friendly and accommodating. Mike Mosley in Finance is a pleasure to deal with as well and assured me the old loan would be paid off with the purchase and new loan. Amber in used car sales was also very helpful. All in all this dealership took a bad situation and made it a great experience. They took possession of the old Kia and had the General Manager reach out to me. David George then began to call multiple dealerships in order to find me another vehicle. I was not easy on any of them and they withstood the pressure in order to make the situation a great customer service experience. I ended up finding a car that was slightly more money but a solid buy. I put over 700.00 in the old car they took back and they gave that money back to me on the new car. I am overjoyed at the experience that I had. Bad things happen from time to time in this world. It is inevitable, but they lengths they went through to correct the experience and make it right with the customer will have me coming back again to purchase another car. I am very pleased to have worked with the staff at Jim Norton Chevrolet. Eric More

They knowingly sold me a flood car from Houston , and refused to make it right after several attempts to contact and allow them to reverse the damage. I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion on February 24th , and refused to make it right after several attempts to contact and allow them to reverse the damage. I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion on February 24th 2018. I ran a carfax, asked over and over if the car was even from Houston. They assured me everything was ok with the vehicle. Once I received the title it WAS INFACT FROM HOUSTON. When I brought the car back up there to tell them I wanted to get a different car because I was concerned for the safety of my 2 children riding in a flooded vehicle they said my only option would be to trade it in and actually get my self into further debt. I refused to do that. They said they would not do it for free because the car was not showing any signs of being flooded. less then 2 weeks later I started having electrical issues with car, the window which were working fine, all of a sudden started acting erratically and ultimately refused to go up (in the rain). They again refused to do anything about it. After further inspection I noticed rust inside the vehicle under to seats and the steering wheel. I believe I was the victim of consumer fraud. They knowingly with held information in order to get me to enter into a purchase contract, which indicates misrepresentation of fact. I even recorded the conversations I have had with the sales departments while purchasing because I thought they would try to take advantage of a Single Mother of 2 in School, and they did! More
