I’ve had my oil changed at courtesy Cadillac 2x and both experiences were subpar. The reps are inattentive and lack proper customer service expected at Cadillac. Simply acknowledge the customer and say you’ll assist in a moment is basic customer service. I’ve received better service at Honda. Their tire alignment recommendation felt like a scam— apparently every customer who arrived that day needed an alignment. I observed a rep tell another customer he also needed his tires aligned and the customer said he had it done last month and to check their records! Their lobby is filthy at 8:30am! I watched 2 customers dust crumbs and debris off chairs- not Cadillac standards. When I checked out and got in my car, I had a tag hanging on my mirror that said the car had been washed and vacuumed which it wasn’t. Overall experience is subpar and doesn’t meet Cadillac standards. More

Increased price of used car after test driving it and then being a Cadillac dealership who makes millions let me walk away over trying to make $700 more off of me?! I received 3 different phone calls aft then being a Cadillac dealership who makes millions let me walk away over trying to make $700 more off of me?! I received 3 different phone calls after the fact and they were still trying to get me to pay above their asking price! Unbelievable and sad they were pretty clear on not wanting to gain a new customer with me. More
