I didn't want to leave this negative review, but this dealership has left me with no other option. I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler in early November for a third engine leak. It ended up needing a full dealership has left me with no other option. I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler in early November for a third engine leak. It ended up needing a full engine replacement, which I understand can happen. What I don’t accept is how the dealership handled it. My Jeep sat at the dealership for weeks with no proactive communication. I had to initiate nearly every update call. I was repeatedly told my replacement engine had not yet shipped or been delivered, only to later learn the engine was actually delivered December 3rd, a week earlier than I was led to believe. A radio malfunction was reported before the warranty expired and every time the Jeep was in service. The dealership refused to note it on the repair order because they “didn’t work on it that visit,” which leaves me unprotected if they later claim it was never reported. I was told, "it's now hearsay" by a service department member. When I asked about a loud turbo noise in October, I was told “unfortunately, they all sound like that.” After the engine replacement, I was informed the turbo actually needed to be replaced, proving the initial concern wasn’t taken seriously and the diagnosis missed. I'm now stuck trying to obtain rental reimbursement from Stellantis after relying on a rental vehicle for more than a month, and the dealership has not meaningfully assisted with escalation or communication. While the mechanical repair ultimately got done, the lack of honesty, follow-through, and basic customer service has made this the most difficult service experience I’ve ever had. I wish I had read detailed reviews before trusting this shop, hopefully this saves someone else from the same experience. More

Brandon is always very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Brandon and his crew have been nothing short of spectacular when it came to our RAM 2500 diesel and Jeep Grand Jerokee Trailhawk! We live over 1.5 hours away with a dodge service department 4 miles from us and we choose to make the drive to Canon City because of Brandon and his crew! Everyone is always extremely nice and they actually care about you and your vehicle. You are not just another number. You have a name and they remember your face. My grandpa purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark from this dealership 5 months ago and has had two major problems right away. They only gave him 5 days to decide if he wanted to return his car or not, which is anywhere near long enough to know if there's anything wrong with the vehicle or not. He has to get struts replaced and the front windshield, which AutoNation replaced without a problem. The oil was never changed. It was completely black and you couldn't even see the dip stick because it was so filthy, even though they lied about it and claimed that they checked everything. If they did, then we wouldn't have had any problems. Him and I were driving up to Colorado Springs about a month after getting the vehicle, less than 60 miles we put on the vehicle since getting it, and in the middle of traffic the transmission stopped working, the acceleration completly stopped working. It was taken to AutoNation by tow truck. It took over a month before the dealership finally said that they couldn't do anything and was taken to Chevrolet, because they didn't know how to fix it, or were too lazy to. Before that we went to AutoNation to see if they could resolve it, but the sales manager in a rude way, told my grandpa that it is his problem and not theirs, and the salesman laughed about it like it was funny to him. We finally got it, (the transmission), fixed and now runs good, but just last night we were driving to Walmart in Pueblo West and tried to come back to town, but we couldn't get here because the engine blew up and oil splattered everywhere, and had smoke coming out of it, and the engine light was blinking followed by a cranking noise. We once again had to get a tow truck to get home. It was late at night which could have been very dangerous, my uncle was following us, so he took her home. We've barely had it 5 months. So Lindner Chevrolet is checking to see what they can do, and find a way to fix it without us paying since AutoNation doesn't care what shape of a vehicle they sell to older people. They have been sued before with similar problems from other people. I would strongly suggest never to do business with these crooks. They are the worst dealership in town by far. More

I had taken my Subaru to Walmart in Pueblo West for an oil change. I noticed drips where I park, and it was frightening because my car had never leaked before, and I drive solo a lot for my business. The gentlemen at the service department at AutoNation were very friendly and checked it out for me. Walmart had failed to tighten the oil filter properly. I have already experienced great service there when I got an alignment done not long ago. I will never go anyplace else. There was no charge for this visit. Thanks guys! More

I'm a mobile notary and have to drive my little subaru alot! After getting my tires rotated, Peerless tires next door recommended them for an alignment. What a differerence. The service was great!
