Purchased a vehicle and it broke down within 24hrs of having it. We Had to have the car towed and repaired. While getting the vehicle repaired we found multiple steering components and suspensions parts having it. We Had to have the car towed and repaired. While getting the vehicle repaired we found multiple steering components and suspensions parts loose on the vehicle that the dealership claimed they “replaced” This could have caused a serious accident while driving down the road, we also have a NEW BORN BABY in the car with us. Safety is definitely not a concern for this dealership. After contacting the salesman to see if they would help with any of this because we had just bought the car the day before he informed us to send him the cost of the tow bill and repairs and that he would get with his GM. After not hearing back from him we reached out again and got no response. We’re going on 3 weeks of no response from the salesman or his sales managers. Would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership as they simply don’t check the safety of their used cars and will ignore you after they got the sale. More
