Just completed our second purchase from MB Loveland and highly recommend this dealership. We worked in this instance with Sean Grandbois. Sean is personable, knowledgeable, and highly customer focused. Awesome to work with and stepped up to make the buying experience a great one, despite significant COVID-related timing challenges along the way. The deal took more than 90 days from start to finish because of DMV shutdowns/backlogs, title process challenges, and other factors outside of anybody’s control (or even influence). Sean was proactive in communicating updates to ensure we knew status and potential timetables. Despite this being a non-Mercedes pre-owned vehicle, he never pressured us to change direction or get something else instead of the vehicle he knew we wanted. Sean was genuinely interested in a strong customer relationship vs. just another transaction; he didn’t forget about us or the deal and worked hard to expedite it. I respect that tremendously and he’s a credit to the dealership and the MB marque. When the time (finally!) came to close, Sean and manager Nic went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was in top form. Nic is very focused on vehicle quality and customer satisfaction, too; really appreciate how he worked with Sean to make this the ideal deal for us. As was the case the first time (with Michael Baker), I couldn’t be happier with the sales process, the deal itself, and the overall outcome this time around either. MB Loveland is a five-star shop! This was certainly the case in the three hours it took to do the complete transaction of selection, test driving, trade-in value and final price and warranty info. Went like clockwork and fully satisfied at the process and the end result. Best dealership across the many brands I have experienced over the last 55 years. More

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Buying a car is stressful but buying a car during COVID-19 was even more intimidating. However, Sean and Alex made the Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Buying a car is stressful but buying a car during COVID-19 was even more intimidating. However, Sean and Alex made the process an absolute breeze. My husband and I found a GLC300 we loved online and Sean worked with us virtually to assess our trade in value, and complete our financing. The next day we visited the dealership where Sean made sure we were well taken care of and happy and Alex walked us through our financing paperwork and did so with a friendly and incredibly personable demeanor. We live over 100 miles from this dealership and we will happily travel that distance again in the future to buy another car from them. If you want a dealership to value you, treat you with respect, and make your car buying experience a breeze I highly recommend you visit Mercedes-Benz of Loveland! More

Best Experience Ever! I work a Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm job. So I had to do a lot of my shopping online. I was searching for a specific vehicle and happened to I work a Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm job. So I had to do a lot of my shopping online. I was searching for a specific vehicle and happened to find what I was looking for here at the Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Sean was great and helped me get everything squared away online. When I was able to come to seal the deal I was amazed by the service. Alex was the Business director that we worked with and was equally pleasant. I was greeted by everyone, including the pre-owned sales manager. I spent less than an hour in the dealership altogether. It was the easiest, and most pressure-free experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again! I love my GMC Acadia! More

Mercedes Benz of Loveland to say the least is phenomenal! Am I a repeat customer, absolutely, yes! The following story is true, recent, and without embellishment. I went to the Mercedes Dealership late Tuesd Am I a repeat customer, absolutely, yes! The following story is true, recent, and without embellishment. I went to the Mercedes Dealership late Tuesday afternoon hoping to get a quick carwash before I was to leave town on early Thursday morning. It should be noted that when you purchase your Mercedes or any car for that matter from these people, your washes are always free! But, there is more! Not only are the washes free, they dry the vehicle for you too and they will vacuum the inside, clean your windows, check then reset the air pressure in the tires, etc. It's a very nice detailing inside and out! The washes and detailing however, are not what this story is about! This story is about the friendships that have been cultured, nurtured, and developed over the time that I have been affiliated with Mercedes Benz of Loveland, CO. What had happened that Tuesday in the dealership is this. Again, what was initially intended to be a quick car wash ended up being a new car purchase for me! It should be noted that the Mercedes Benz that I purchased was not brand new but, it was an almost new, late model year Certified Preowned Mercedes! Upon presentation this automobile could easily pass on as a new one! The conversation transpired like this, I was visiting with my good friend Nick who sold me my first Mercedes and is now one of the Sales Managers, about a recent letter that I received from them about the ease of purchasing a new Mercedes with no money down or out of pocket expense, very low interest rates, Mercedes cash rebates, etc, etc. I was telling Nick that everything in the letter sounded great but I just wasn't in a position yet to entertain a car payment that was more money than my present car payment. As it turned out, Nick told me they had "1" car that I might be interested in. He did warn me ahead of time though that it wasn't my favorite color of which he initially thought was black and it wasn't a brand new Mercedes it was a low mileage certified preowned Mercedes and this particular one had a significant more amount of options on it versus my previous well optioned Mercedes. I did have to submit to Nick that while yes, I did very much appreciate the color black especially on a Mercedes but, I was ready to change to a less demanding paint preference. The paint color in question is Mercedes' "Iridium silver" with a black interior! Needless to say that this is the Color of the car that Nick had for me to look at! As it turns out too, Mercedes is having a Pre-owned special happening now as well as the special on the new cars! To make this long story a little shorter, but the time my conversation was over with Nick (the sales mgr) I was driving home in this new (for me) certified preowned Mercedes Benz! And, because of the current special going on right now, Mercedes is making my first "2" car payments for me and they matched the 2.99% financing that I had on the Mercedes that I traded in on this new Mercedes and they refunded the money from the extended warranty that I had purchased for my trade in. That represents a check for more than "2" thousand dollars! It should be noted as well that my car payments are not going up more than a couple of dollars either! Now, will everyone that visits Mercedes Benz of Loveland, CO be able to pull off a deal like I just did? Maybe? Obviously, everyone has a different situation! What I can say with a very high level and degree of certainty is this, the professionalism showed by all members of this Dealership is second to none! The sales staff and mgt, Nick, Brian, Sean and Alex, Finance Mgr. make getting you into your new Mercedes easy and very uneventful, which for me is as good as it gets! I can go on and on about how well these people know there cars but to know and understand people is the bottom line! Lastly, Your Mercedes will last you for a very long time but your friendships that you are most likely going to make are going to last you forever! More

Everyone was extremely professional and really made me glad we had made the 60 plus mile drive to pick up this cute, red GLA. More
