They were great. We had an intermittent issue that was hard to spot but they test drove the vehicle multiple times to try to pinpoint things. Recently purchased my car and brought it in for its first oil change. Service counter personnel were very nice and polite, called for the appointment and they got me in the next day. However, the low rating oil change. Service counter personnel were very nice and polite, called for the appointment and they got me in the next day. However, the low rating because it took them three hours to do the oil change and they didn’t even reset the oil maintenance notification. Not sure the Southern Hospitality save of $60 was worth 3 hours of my time. More

They can never seem to answer the phone.
