My only problem with that was that the dealership needed the car for 2 1/2 days and didn't tell me I wouldn't be able to get it back on the second day. The reason for this review, however, is that I discovered a couple of weeks later that when they did the complimentary tire pressure check, they had inflated my tires to 39 PSI. Tires which are supposed to be at 29 PSI. I am pretty unhappy that I was driving around on dangerously overinflated tires for two weeks because of some tech's carelessness. More

Friendly dearlership until you actually need something or there is an issue with your vehicle. My almost brand new (9k miles on it) ID4 stopped working, their offer of a solution is to just wait for a couple there is an issue with your vehicle. My almost brand new (9k miles on it) ID4 stopped working, their offer of a solution is to just wait for a couple hours anytime it refuses to start and then try it again. Claiming its just a software glitch and doesn't warrant any kind of actual solution. So now I'm stuck with a car that is totally unreliable that costs me $600/month. I'm currently in a long and complicated process of trying to get a replacement or a buyback. Whatever you do, don't buy an ID4, and maybe avoid VW entirely until they can sort out their software issues since they won't offer any help or solutions if you encounter a faulty vehicle. More

Sean has always been of great service. Had an unusual dash display and brought the car in for check and oil service. Evidently there were 3 service bulletins each progressively more intense. Did a complete take a part and ultimately provided a new transmission. Kept me informed of progress and when available for pickup. Our car was completely detailed upon our arrival. Everything covered under extended warranty. The car was 8 years old with 10,000 miles! Highly recommend dealership and service department. More
