Completed my purchase of a ford explorer on 11/17, before leaving the dealership l noticed a chip in the paint and immediately notified the sales person, after a wait to find out how this issue would be reso leaving the dealership l noticed a chip in the paint and immediately notified the sales person, after a wait to find out how this issue would be resolved I was told I would be contacted about a resolution I was reluctant to leave the dealership without a firm resolution it’s now two weeks later and I continue to wait to have this matter resolved. I had requested that they replace the door as opposed to having a new vehicle sent to a body shop for repairs. Very disappointing More
