Only because I cannot leave zero stars. My in-laws lease a 3rd Lincoln from this dealer, and previously named Fox Ford. Since it was under Morgado control, they have had several issues wi My in-laws lease a 3rd Lincoln from this dealer, and previously named Fox Ford. Since it was under Morgado control, they have had several issues with little help to resolve the issues. My in laws are 93,retired AF veteran, and 92. They explained that they were going to move to CA in the fall and would register the car in CA at that point. Somehow this was interpreted or misunderstood to have the car registered in CA, without the car physically being in CA? It is now 3 months later, they are still in IL and are being told they cannot register the car in IL as it is already registered in CA(without having the car in CA), finance manager said they would need to take the car to CA and then back to IL to register in IL? Does this sound like they are being taken advantage of, or worse, they just don't care! More
