I purchased a used Focus in Oct 2018. They informed me that all safety and cleanliness was reviewed on the vehicle prior to my purchasing it. The car was a mess when I picked it up and it was dark so I could not see it very well. I informed them the next day and they offered to clean it. On my way to work the next day I was cut off and went to honk my horn which apparently was not connected either and didn't work. After having spent almost 5hrs at the dealership trying to purchase the car and being promised over and over that it was in fantastic condition, I chose to return it. They tried to argue until I informed them of all the issues. I got a full refund but will never go back. The worst experience I've ever had in buying a car. More
