The process had gone smooth, I was happy with the vehicle I was able to purchase. But some issues came up towards the end and they weren’t resolved by the dealer. They were simple items that could’ve been taken care of instantly, but instead we got the run around or what they did complete wasn’t done to the best of their ability. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not purchase ever again. They are trying to back out of replacing the windshield because I am 7 days over the thirty day we owe . Not like um six months or something and they told me they would set appointments up because it had to be done there.. I told them I work out of town and they said no big deal. I also had to dump 2500 in tires the second day I owned it because tires were separated.. the worst used car inspection I have ever seen. They didn't even change the oil. Buyer beware . Horrible horrible customer service. Planed on buying another vehicle from them but no way of that ever happening. Wish I could return vehicle I have and give my business to a different dealer More
