I bought a Kia Rio from this dealership 6 weeks ago, and it has already stopped running. The service department told me that it looks like rodent damage and it will cost $8000 to fix, but they refuse to gi it has already stopped running. The service department told me that it looks like rodent damage and it will cost $8000 to fix, but they refuse to give me any more details until they get paid. They also told me that my warranty will not cover the damages and I have to use my insurance. I have been driving the car every day since I bought it, so the rodent damage must have happened while the car was sitting in the parking lot at the dealership. They refuse to acknowledge this and still expect me or my insurance to pay for the repairs. I have not been able to drive for 6 days now, and they still won’t tell me exactly what is wrong with the car or why the warranty will not cover it. Throughout this process, everyone that I have spoken to has been condescending, rude, and entirely unhelpful. I strongly recommend that you do not shop at Shawnee Mission Ford. More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had they told me you was okay that I didn't have the license and as long as I have a designated driver I could buy the car not even three days later the car started you was okay that I didn't have the license and as long as I have a designated driver I could buy the car not even three days later the car started messing up the next week the car wouldn't even turn on without having to be jumped every time they wouldn't even take responsibility for trying to fix the car they keep sending me to a different dealership the manager is very rude and the sales lady that I dealt with isn't doing her job the right way nor will she listen she tries to bully you into doing what she wants because she messed up somewhere along the line More
