The service department cracked the floor plate and left deep scratches on the door on the passenger side of my 2021 Honda Accord. This was done while they were replacing the battery. I texted Shannon the n deep scratches on the door on the passenger side of my 2021 Honda Accord. This was done while they were replacing the battery. I texted Shannon the next day telling him that the HUD did not work after the battery replacement. They did replace the floor plate and the door panel. I reminded Shannon about the HUD and he raised his voice telling e he did not know about it. I said yes you did, check your notes. I reminded him that he sat in my car and tried to fix it. Then he starts yelling at me that he forgot it, ma'am, I FORGOT IT! Very unprofessional! It's clear they do not respect others property and customer experience doesn't matter. More

I am very pleased so far with the service that I have received from Shannon at Mountain View Honda. I have a ‘22 Ridgeline and he is doing the best he can to make sure that it is a vehicle that I am able received from Shannon at Mountain View Honda. Brought my Pilot in for a fuel pump recall. Shannon got my car to the shop very quickly. I was told an hour to an hour and a half and they were done in just over an hour. Manager told me he would charge me $140 to check noise with my front tire; at the same time, he came and told a pregnant white female he would Check all her concerns “ free of charge”. I was treated diff with my front tire; at the same time, he came and told a pregnant white female he would Check all her concerns “ free of charge”. I was treated differently because of my race. I am skeptical of returning to the dealership. I knew where to check for my problem, she did not yet I would have been charged whereas she presented with multiple concerns to be checked and was told no charge !! How would you interpret an interaction as this? More
