I worked with Rachel Santos when I got my Subaru Crosstrek. Rachel was very attentive, very polite and personable, answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable of all the features. I found that Premier Subaru team were flexible with my situation and timeframe. The other staff I interacted with to seal the deal were also pleasant. I've been back the service team, and they are very courteous and I love that they have a whole greeting team upon arrival, which makes me feel very welcomed. I would return to buy another vehicle if I needed to. The vehicle was/ is a winner - no mechanical problems whatsoever.
