The Service people are not informed of the Special Offers sent out to their customers. Even after I handed the Special offer, the Service Desk folks did not keep nor really look at the offer to write up my b sent out to their customers. Even after I handed the Special offer, the Service Desk folks did not keep nor really look at the offer to write up my bill and charged me full price, which it turned out was approximately $50.
