Bought my 3rd BMW from them and love them! These guys are great to work with. They are straight forward and want to get you in the car of your dreams. I like that they are not overly stuffy and overpriced. They provide very competitive pricing on all cars. I just bought my 3rd one from them and I have loved every single one and each experience. The service doesn't stop when you drive off of the lot. They continue to be responsive and in tune with my needs. I highly recommend these guys. More

Sale process was great! Shaun was very helpful and patient. I could have not asked for a better sales experience. The vehicle was exactly the right fit for us. The closing with Qasim was very troubling, leaving me with a poor overall experience. He was not prepared, made math errors in my favor, and wanted to argue with me that he does not make mistakes. He never apologized, and thank me for saving the dealership money. This ordeal took 3 Hours. Needless to say, his attempt to sell me additional services at the end, fell on deaf ears. I probably will need some of the things he was talking about. More

Shaun Sweeney made it easy and fun Seemed like a great atmosphere with everyone working together. Great, easy experience I have purchased several different brands of new cars over the years and have had a broad spectrum of experiences with different dealerships and sales I have purchased several different brands of new cars over the years and have had a broad spectrum of experiences with different dealerships and salespeople. The experience at BMW North was by far the best. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. They were very attentive and responsive but did not apply any pressure to make a sale. They were willing to bid against another dealership for a similarly equipped car and really cut to the chase with a great offer, including a very competitive bid on my trade-in. Everything went very smoothly and I was ultimately happy to give them my business. More

GM for BMW, and Used Sales Manager updated Review Below was my 1st experience. I am here to tell you after my Husband & I went in and explained what in total has happened with the sale, that the Use Below was my 1st experience. I am here to tell you after my Husband & I went in and explained what in total has happened with the sale, that the Used Sales Manager, and the GM stepped in and made things right! They in no way wanted a dissatisfied Customer at BMW North. I am now totally satisfied with BMW North, the GM that had to step in, he was calm, professional and Customer satisfaction was his #1 priority along with the reputation of BMW. The Used Sales Manager was apologetic and worked very hard to make things happen. I would defiantly by my next car from BMW north, thanks to both the GM and Sales Manager Below was my 1st experience Sales person was good, but when he went on vacation, my used car was delivered with issues, dirty, engine light on, no 2nd key, because Sales person was off, we brought back the next day after delivery and dealt with what we thought was the service manager (on Sat. July 6th). He made me feel like I was trying to get something for free, h told me you know it was a used car, yes I bought a used car, but the day it was delivered (1 week after buy, because of fixing an issue for us we found on the test drive), the engine light came on, and the back window would not go up. He said he would take care of the window at cost, we would have to pay. Manager called Monday evening July 8th, said it would be over $500 to fix. We said no just pull the window up, and we would pick it up in the morning. That was a fiasco. He was not in, the service department didn't know anything about the car. After figuring out that person had wrote a PO that didn't go through the service department, and finally getting the car back, with the window NOT up, and the diagnostics we asked for him to run, which he said he would, was not with the car either, we left very unsatisfied! Our Sales guy was back from vacation, and he really apologized, but because we brought the car back when he was on vacation, it was out of his hands. He really wants us to be happy, but I have to tell you I'm not with the dealership/manager we talked to on Sat. July 6th. I bought the car June 28th, car was delivered dirty on July 5th (after fixing what I found on test drive), (thanks to the sales rep), Very sloppy. I know if our Sales person would not have gone on vacation, it MAY have been handled totally different. I can not see me buying a car from the dealer after buying a used car, and made to feel like I was less than. I have a new C300 that I lease and wanted this used car as a back up SUV. Driving it off the lot at a BMW dealer with the window down, and unable to roll up, does not feel right. I really did hope they would fix the window at cost, I didn't mind paying for that, but not at over $500. Then made to feel like I'm trying to get something for free. NO. I would give a higher rate for the Sales person, but not the used car process. I have had 2 BMW, and 3 Benz, I am happy with the make of both, but not happy with a used buy at all. More
