Had an issue with engine noise. The dealership set an appointment online and looked at the vehicle. It was determined to be powertrain warranty and covered. We are a 3nd owner.....and there wasn't any push back or hesitation fixing it. 1st time Mopar customer.....and hopefully soon to be longtime customer. Issues with vehicles happen.
