I was charged double what I originally signed off on to pay for. It’s very upsetting because I didn’t agree to an extra service charge, I had my car in for a diagnostic and originally said it needs done in pay for. Last minute I was able to have it stay overnight to FINISH THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT and apparently all you need to do to approve a $209.00 charge is say it’s ok for them to finish the diagnostic. I was charged double the original amount, AND SHE DID NOT state I’d be paying twice as much as I agreed to. And when I brought this up, the best she could do is take $40 off of the price. It was not enough and I should not have been charged that much. I want a refund. More

I was very impressed with the level of service we received immediately after arriving. Brian Danforth helped us right away and provided three options for vehicles to test drive. We decided to make the purchase and our trade in process was smooth and straight forward (thank you to Sean!). After taking our vehicle home we incurred some minor scratches and the dealership fixed it complimentary as a thank you for our business. Definitely impressed! More
