Always easy to work with the team at Walser. Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed. Post Covid it seems like the delay in requesting service appointment and the actual date of service has Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed. Post Covid it seems like the delay in requesting service appointment and the actual date of service has continued to lengthen. The earliest appointment was nearly 30 days out from when I contacted the service department to set the appointment. I have experienced similar delays in the past. But the service has always been very good. More

I recently had an oil change at the Jaguar dealership in Wichita, KS and was very disappointed. I had requested a loaner car to drive when I made the online appointment. They did not have record of my requ Wichita, KS and was very disappointed. I had requested a loaner car to drive when I made the online appointment. They did not have record of my request. I was told the one loaner they had was not available as it had 2 nails in the tires. The car had been turned in Friday, and they had not repaired it yet. I arrived at 9:30 on a Monday morning from out of town. He said there were no other cars available after I asked for a different one as it is a liability issue. I felt like he didn’t go out of his way to locate another vehicle or offer any solutions. The local Uber driver was more customer service oriented than he was. When I went to pick up the vehicle after the oil change, I asked if a complementary wash was provided. I was told the car wash was broken and they couldn’t wash it. This has been the case the last 2 times I’ve been to this dealership for an oil change. I picked up my vehicle about 12:30p. I was contacted about 4p by the salesman and asked if I was still in town as the service technician had forgotten to replace the engine cover after the oil change. I had not started my trip home, so I drove back to the dealership. Upon arrival, there was no one in the office or garage. My husband found the engine cover laying inside the garage and proceeded to replace it himself. Again, no one was around. I was never contacted to verify it was indeed replaced, since the part was gone-if they even noticed. Needless to say, there were several factors in this experience that I was extremely displeased with and I had higher expectations for a Jaguar dealership. Next oil change I will take my vehicle elsewhere. More
