I had the absolute best experience trading in my Acura Integra and purchasing a 2025 Acura ADX Aspec Advance SUV. Even though my Integra was two years old and thus was subject to steep depreciation, the Integra and purchasing a 2025 Acura ADX Aspec Advance SUV. Even though my Integra was two years old and thus was subject to steep depreciation, the sales manager Josh Chase offered me a more than fair value as a trade in. My salesperson Nick Randazzo spent a lot of time with me and answered numerous questions (via text) for a few weeks before I came into the dealership test to drive the vehicle. Nick is the paradigm of professionalism! He is friendly, informative and patient. Josh Chase gave me an exceedingly fair price on the new ADX which then allowed me to load up on some great accessories for the vehicle. Charles Romulus who is finance manager patiently explained the fine details of the vehicle service contracts and tire/wheel warranty, etc. This Acura dealership is truly the best and all the people there are so good to me and my dog! Thank you all for making this sale such a great experience. I do want to thank Mike Craig, the general manager of the dealership, for running a first-rate dealership! It truly starts at the top! Nick was prompt and inviting and Josh was exceptional and welcoming. Josh worked hard on the trade and pricing and was always available. Our experience in financing was excellent! They worked hard to find a welcoming. Josh worked hard on the trade and pricing and was always available. Our experience in financing was excellent! They worked hard to find a good rate and fit for us and the whole process moved quickly. We also had 4 other people that greeted us and offered to help in any way. Josh also followed up on a small concern I had with the vehicle I purchased, and took care of it before I even left. Being in sales my whole career, there are 5 key items that I always look for when making a purchase, because it's always expexted of me. 1- Greeting, Were we promptly greeted, and both adressed with a hand shake, both husband and WIFE. Never assume that the husband is the money person and decision maker. Always asked names of individuals and remember them. Always introduce yourself and welcome us to your dealership, by name. I am pleased to say that all three of these steps were accomplished. Nick greeted us within one minute of arrival on the lot and Josh introduced himself within 5 minutes of going inside, without being prompted. - A + 2- Listening to our needs and pointing us in the right direction, not what they wanted to sell. I give Nick and Josh credit here again, but ultimately my wife trumped them both and found my car. In all defense to the dealership, we have been married 30 years and she knew exactly what worked for me, size, comfort, affordability, safety, and performance. The dealership only new me for a few minutes and did a great job - A ( A + wife Lol ) 3- Product Knowledge- Great job here from the team. This was NOT a new vehicle from their OEM line, so it was foreign to them as it was us. They thourouly researched the vehicle prior to listing it and had a great handle on it's history. They then did a car cerification through something similar to Carfax. The report came back very solid, allowing them to put a GREAT extended 100,000 mile warranty on the vehicle. This gave me great confidence in making our decision.-A+ 4- Dealer reputation - Excellent! Read reviews. They live up to what they project to the general public. I hope this adds to their positive reception from our community. They WANT to earn your business here and try above and beyond to not drop the ball. There are several dealerships in our area that consider a prospective buyer privileged to be in their dealership, not the other way around. -A + 5- Follow up after the sale- Excellent, 3 calls, 3 textxs from Salesman. Multiple follow up from Josh and Finance.-A + Overall - Would definitely purchase again and send others to purchase, without reservation. Excellent process from srart to finish!
