Title: Misled Into Buying 2025 Model – 2026 Was Never Even Mentioned I had a very disappointing experience at Lou Sobh Honda. I worked with Shelby Alexander and Kimberly Carr to purchase a 2025 Honda Even Mentioned I had a very disappointing experience at Lou Sobh Honda. I worked with Shelby Alexander and Kimberly Carr to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV Sport-L, only to find out afterward that the 2026 model was already available at the time of purchase. Not once during the process was the 2026 model mentioned, let alone shown to me. I was never given the chance to compare or make an informed decision. It feels like the newer model was intentionally withheld to move older inventory, which is unacceptable. I expected honesty and transparency from a Honda dealership — this felt deceptive. Very disappointed. More
