I didn’t expect to have to wait half an hour for the service advisor, and expected even less when he said that I could be there until 5 PM (seven hours from the time I arrived). Tarek and Nebal took very good care of us throughout the buying process. The only disconcerting issue is that Nebal did not know where on the lot or upstairs the Corolla Cross cars were located. A suggestion would be to place the models together on 1 floor (RAV4 on floor 4, Camry's on lot or another floor, etc.). We spent a lot of time walking around the lot and tower looking for the cars to make a decision. More

Options presented forced me to accept the mismatched vehicle to avoid major operational disruption (already initiated business-related registrations tied to the contracted unit). The core issue was not the initial error, but the lack of effective checkpoints in final documentation and delivery, shifting the burden to the customer. Sent formal feedback to the General Manager highlighting the process gap—no acknowledgment or response received weeks later.
