I was planning on trading my Mercedes for another Mercedes, but was not happy with the shopping experience at the Cincinatti dealership. So, I went online and started looking for other vehicles of i Mercedes, but was not happy with the shopping experience at the Cincinatti dealership. So, I went online and started looking for other vehicles of interest. A friend is a loyal customer of Gusweiler's, so I turned to that web site, and made a few inquiries. Keith Burns responded, and exercised the perfect balance of helpful friendly information while giving me time to thoroughly explore what I wanted to do. At his suggestion, I test drove a 2011 Cadillac CTS, and it was a perfect fit. He was very patient, explaining all that I wanted to know, and backing off for me to decide at my leisure. I am thrilled with the vehicle, but more importantly with the shopping/sales experience. I look forward to working with Gusweilers from this point forward. More
