By far the worst vehicle purchasing experience ever. I was deceived from the beginning by them telling me the truck has never been towed with, then upon further inspection, it was in a accident that w I was deceived from the beginning by them telling me the truck has never been towed with, then upon further inspection, it was in a accident that wasn't reported. Fuel filter wasn't replaced, Cheap aftermarket brakes were put on it and fog lights were out. Not to mention, check engine light came on saying transmission issues. I took the truck back to the dealer on 3 occasions and only got excuses. Stay away from this place. Not to mention it was a 200mile round trip!!! Very disappointed. I wish I could return it!!! More

I made a trip to Five Star today to test drive a 2021 Chevy Colorado. Unfortunately, by the time I got there someone had already put a deposit down on the one I came to see. No biggie, as myself and my salesman Sigmund Roseme had discussed that possibility. Since that happened, he set me up on a GMC Canyon that was in the same price range and I took it out for a testdrive. This review is less about the dealer and more about Sigmund. He was very accomadating and probably the most personable car salesman I have ever met. I truly believe he has passion for his job and customers. When I came in and told him today was just about a test drive and an OTD price, he was fine with that and didnt push for a purchase. This man took it all in stride and said "I understand. I may not do business with you, but if I am good to you you will spread the word and someone else may. I am still test driving a Honda Pilot at another local dealership and will make a decision. Even if I dont buy at Five Star, I *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* Sigmund, he has given me hope that maybe buying this new car wont be the pain I dreaded it to be. So here's to you, Sigmund, keep it up buddy and I hope to see you soon! I promise to spread the word!! More
