The process was not complicated. However the car delivered was not 100% in good shape. The leather seats had cracks and inside was not totally clean. There was also the strange odor inside which my husband said was not good. Another issue was the wiper blades which was almost worn out and the floor mats were dirty too. I guess they were trying to hurry up to close the deal and deliver the car to us. I’m hoping the Lexus dealer will have all the issues taken care off in order for us to have a great experience and come back soon. Thank you for your time. More

This was one of the best experience from start to finish. I was from out of town and looking for a very specific car and Sofia and the team got me exactly what I wanted. When the car arrived, I flew to town to pick it up and was delighted by the level of car and hospitality from every single person that I encountered at the dealership. From the person who greeted me, to the finance person- top notch experience. I wish this dealership was closer to where I lived so I could service my car there too! If I am ever in the market for a Lexus again, I would no doubt make the 3.5 hour drive or jump on a flight to Lexus of Pembroke.
