Although Spencer was very helpful, as always, I had a problem with service on my leased 2023 Tucson. It had to be towed in to the dealership on Monday, Oct. 6th. I could not find out what the problem was problem with service on my leased 2023 Tucson. It had to be towed in to the dealership on Monday, Oct. 6th. I could not find out what the problem was until the 8th, when I was told a part was needed for the injection system. I called a few days later to learn that the part wasn't in yet. On the 14th, I checked again, but was unable to receive an update. I finally had a conversation with my service person on the 15th, but it was very confusing. The best I could make out was that the part had come in, but was the wrong one. I was able to speak with the parts department (they were very helpful), and was told the correct part had been ordered. By this time, I was without a vehicle for 10 days. I had a ride to Montgomery on Fri., the 17th (I live 60 miles away), so I needed the car to be ready. I left numerous messages for the service department, service manager, General Manager...no one returned my calls. In fact, my calls began to get disconnected. I finally reached my service rep on Thurs. evening and told him I either needed my car fixed on Friday, or I would need a loaner vehicle. I arrived Friday morning about 10 am to wait on the car. While waiting, I spoke to Spencer about my lease-end options, told him what I was looking for in my next vehicle, and we worked together for a couple of hours. Spencer checked on available Tucsons and found one on the lot that fit all of my requests! I decided that I would purchase that one and did some preliminary paperwork. The 2023 Tucson was finally ready to drive, so I made arrangements to return on Tuesday, the 21st to turn in my leased vehicle and finish the purchase requirements for the 2026 Tucson LTD. The Finance officer was great, also. From now on, if I have a problem getting answers, I will call Spencer first! More

This dealership was wonderful. They worked with several days. My old vehicle wouldn’t crank so I couldn’t get to them. We did the majority over the phone. Everything was pretty smooth, but took really long time to get the paperwork ready and being that we were doing a trade in, didn't explain everything that was going to happen as well as I think it should h to get the paperwork ready and being that we were doing a trade in, didn't explain everything that was going to happen as well as I think it should have been. Since our new car was not going to be ready for 2 days, seemed stra ge to sign everything that night and not get any paperwork on the sell. Would seem to me, to do that when the car was ready for pickup and leaving our trade in. We signed everything line it was done that day including taking the car home. Maybe should explained all that before we did all the signing. Seems one thing I signed was that I was taking the new car that night. We came back 2 days later and everything went smooth that day. More
