After 22-day saga with my E550. I had a loaner for only 7 of those 22 days. 5k later Included a new fuel pump and new struts (that apparently are not in stock and were fine when th I had a loaner for only 7 of those 22 days. 5k later Included a new fuel pump and new struts (that apparently are not in stock and were fine when the car left my house on a tow for MB dealership because of the fuel pump. Was told by management over the phone "they would work with me on the price of the new struts which basically lead to a discount of 9% off the original estimate . Bottom line is if you can't get service in this town for your MB you can't purchase another one in my opinion . The wife and I have probably 3-4 new car left in our life so we now must explore Audi, BMW, and other luxury brands now. Although I believed that MB of Louisville wants to do the right thing in the end they don't really care because they have plenty of business . You’re just a number and called than 21 different times with 1 call back and a sit-down short meeting with Chris Segal(service manager) when I picked my car on the 22 days. Very nice ,knowledgeable man but barley recalled my situation and did take the discount from a whopping 6 % to 9% ( not exactly my idea of working with someone ). If your service agent is out on vacation, you are passed over constantly, and the receptions will just tell you they can’t help and if they don’t have loaner your just out of luck.. These gentlemen worked under Covid conditions which posed challenges but all of them made us feel safe , informed , and we had a few laughs. This is my 2nd purchase with this dealership and I will go nowhere else! Also Jimmy in service has helped me with my first vehicle and I’m sure will be there for this one. Use SUV purchase "The entire staff, from my Saleman Charles Bleuel, Kareem Daily, and the Financial guy Jeff Jackson, and Ben, that showed me how to use all my devices "The entire staff, from my Saleman Charles Bleuel, Kareem Daily, and the Financial guy Jeff Jackson, and Ben, that showed me how to use all my devices, in my vehicle, to the guys that wash my car ( Willie ), were so professional, courteous, well informed about all of the vehiles, especially the one we purchased, the 2014 ML350, and than that, ready, and willing to met our needs. No pressure, honesty answers, and patient to answer any, and all of our questions, regarding our vehicle. They went out of their way to provide me with the previous owns phone number, and even gave us the name of the Liberty Mutal Rep., that might be able to help lower our insurance coverage. Jeff was able to get us the best interest rate possible. I look forward to doing more business in the future. More

My first experience with Tafel Motors I just purchased a 2014 Mercedes this past Friday. The customer service was wonderful, thanks to Eric Torsch, my sales representative. Eric handled ev I just purchased a 2014 Mercedes this past Friday. The customer service was wonderful, thanks to Eric Torsch, my sales representative. Eric handled everything for me. He showed me all the bells and whistles associated with the car and even took the time to have me personally test drive my new car around the block. You certainly do not get that kind of personalized service when you purchase a car from eBay. I am certainly spoiled with this experience and will certainly will recommend Eric to all my friends. Service at Tafel is poor and people are snooty... I'm on my second Mercedes and I love plan on always driving a Mercedes. I have to say, I don't feel as though I was given the level of service I sho I'm on my second Mercedes and I love plan on always driving a Mercedes. I have to say, I don't feel as though I was given the level of service I should have received yesterday. After $493.78 my car wasn't even vacuumed out. Regardless of how old or new a Mercedes is, a paying customer should get the same treatment from Tafel. Service at Tafel is poor and people are snooty... Todd Cherry is an amazing sales person! More
