Great Dealership/Great Employees We just purchased a new car from Tafel Motors. David McNulty was our product specialist (salesman). He was a kind man that took his time helping us We just purchased a new car from Tafel Motors. David McNulty was our product specialist (salesman). He was a kind man that took his time helping us with every question. He was honest and straightforward as was the entire staff. We liked the non-pushy atmosphere and the overall feeling there at Tafel. One of the employees shared with us that the owner treated all the employees with respect and that meant a lot to me. The car we purchased was a E350 sport sedan and so far we love it. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

After driving an ML320 for seven years, my partner and I stopped into Tafel one weekend to casually browse new C-Class sedans. We were greeted by David Ross who was incredibly easy to talk with and thorough stopped into Tafel one weekend to casually browse new C-Class sedans. We were greeted by David Ross who was incredibly easy to talk with and thoroughly listened to us in stating that we were simply interested in taking a closer look at a C300 4Matic. After talking with David about the vehicle, we decided to take a drive- after which we both had many more questions. David answered each question without a single sales-driven answer. He did make sure we were aware of current lease incentives and finance offers and once we had no further questions, he simply left us to continue browsing vehicles. About 20 minutes later we were drooling over a navy C300 4Matic in the showroom and told David we were interested in taking it home. The remainder of the sales process was absolutely smooth and hassle-free. We drove it home that evening. Since then (and in the seven years prior with my ML320), our service experience has been absolutely flawless with huge thanks to Terri Mitchell, Stacey Parks and Bill Reed. With every service- whether it be big or small they go out of their way to make the experience as smooth and simple as possible. From a car wash to something covered under warranty, it's perfect every time. We'll buy a Mercedes-Benz again and we'll buy it from Tafel Motors. More
