I have been taking our new vehicles for dealer service for 38 year. This is by far the best experience I've had at a dealership service center. He explained the service I was going to have performed in a friendly, professional, and in a as a matter of fact manner, and gave any questions I asked, a confident knowledgeable answer. The work was performed quickly. Of course, once back home I checked under the hood to wipe up any spilled oil in the engine compartment.
