I haven’t a single negative thing to say. They are absolutely amazing! Showed up desperately needing help. This was my second time there and I was just as impressed as the first. Door to door personal service and everyone was so kind and friendly. Won't go here again. The HARD UPSELL was ridiculous. I went for an inspection and they started with saying it would be over $2500 in repairs and I should come in and talk The HARD UPSELL was ridiculous. I went for an inspection and they started with saying it would be over $2500 in repairs and I should come in and talk to a salesman for a new car. This is after I tried calling to get an update after they had my car for 5 hours and I couldn't get to talk with anyone directly knly could leave a message to request a "call back" from a service advisor. When I told the guy I didn't want a new car he insisted on telling me why a new car was the better idea and why Zach is such a great guy and salesman and would be such a great fit for me. Even though he thought I shouldn't do te repairs on my car and just buy a new one he had already started the recall repairs, so why start those before talking to me?? Makes no sense! More
