Purchased a used Cadillac from them on June 22,2023. During test drive all gauges went off, they said it was the aftermarket key and would get me a key. This happened every time we drove the car. Then w During test drive all gauges went off, they said it was the aftermarket key and would get me a key. This happened every time we drove the car. Then we realized the key given us did not work the door lock ! I called several times with no return call, the Stanley called and said hey, you bought as is, end of story!! I have spent nearly a $1000.00 getting the car to work correctly and still have to have a garage pull the key tumbler and bring it to a locksmith to modify it to work with a key The dealership has been totally unhelpful, just saying you bought it as is, even though they must have been aware of these issues and never told us of them Went to a dealership thinking I could avoid this kind of thing, not with these guys. I will never go there again and considering what action should be next. More
