We were stranded in Colorado with a horse trailer loaded with horses and the service department told us they wouldn’t even look at the truck until the end of the week to diagnose it. Even after explaining we are from FL and I am a disabled veteran on our way to our national horse show there was zero sense of urgency or care for the matter. So we took the keys had it towed to another dealership another 50 miles away where they were able to diagnose and start repairs before ultimately buying a new truck because time was quickly falling away from us.
