After writing an honest review of my experience with the dealership, I was asked to call the GM, and then the Sales Manager who asked me to bring my vehicle in to look at. I did as requested and was told t dealership, I was asked to call the GM, and then the Sales Manager who asked me to bring my vehicle in to look at. I did as requested and was told the same thing as before the car was sold as is or I could spent 1k to repair a sunroof screen, that did not work when I purchased the vehicle on 3/18. The SM did not speak with me, someone else did. They did not offer me gas or anything after having me waste my time and resources. Definitely Disappointed in DeSoto. More

The deal could have been better, if the original sales agent or someone had checked the screen for sunroof. I discovered it did not work a few days after purchasing the vehicle, and was told it was nothi agent or someone had checked the screen for sunroof. I discovered it did not work a few days after purchasing the vehicle, and was told it was nothing I could do. I wish I had been offered to bring it in to be checked out. That is big investment and I that was the least they could do. I do realize that it was an as is deal, however that would have been nice. I only had it 3 days and never tried to close/use it before the then. More
