The salesman was great; he was helpful without being pushy. The people that worked over him, were what I think of as a typical used car sales.People, Rather than hearing my needs they kept trying to pad pushy. The people that worked over him, were what I think of as a typical used car sales.People, Rather than hearing my needs they kept trying to pad the bill with unlimited extras, especially warranties. They were adamant that I must choose one.. we finally came up with a free six month plan that I found in the fine print. When I was ready to sign, the total owed was almost 2000 above what I expected, of the advertised price. They explained that the car had a special coating applied for protection. It was already on the car and they could not take it off.. It took some argument to state that this is not what was advertised so it was false advertising. They finally took it off. I’m delighted to have this car., just what I wanted. The final price is reasonable.. The process was made very unpleasant, but the people at the agency.” More

I don't appreciate how you always try to up-sale. I took the car in for an oil change and you called and said the car could use break work - the car, purchased from you, only has 18K miles on it. Now I took the car in for an oil change and you called and said the car could use break work - the car, purchased from you, only has 18K miles on it. Now, what's peculiar about all of this is that I received a follow-up letter from you that said the car needed Engine work. Make up your mind, what does it need? If it needs anything other than what I brought it in for. Also, the scheduling process was a nightmare, if you pick a standard service, but you want to add something else (like windshield wipers), then provide an opportunity to do so. Lastly, I tried to schedule online, couldn't add an additional service, then called. The person I spoke to called me and put me on the schedule. Then someone else called me back to say the person that put me on the schedule made a mistake. Not a good customer service experience at all from start to finish! More
