We initially went to a different dealership to look at a vehicle. We were very disappointed. We were out of town and decided to look at one more car before we went home. I called and a salesperson who answered the phone told me to ask for him when I got there; he was busy with another customer. I walked iin he introduced himself Another person helped me the entire time. I don’t understand why the original person who told me to ask for his name was on all the paperwork when the other guy did all the work. The dealership itself was pretty good. I dealt with the sales manager and had a few questions for my salesperson. Stephen, help me. Stephen was very calm, helpful and nice at the end of the transaction. When I search for the car that I was looking for/Steve, the salesman had video messaged me showing me the car.. I thought that was a nice personal touch as if I was present.
