Sales person Andrew was great help answered all of our questions and helped fing us the right vehicle. The service department is horrible we have an issue with a brand new vehicle. 1st time I was there fo questions and helped fing us the right vehicle. The service department is horrible we have an issue with a brand new vehicle. 1st time I was there for 2 hours they couldn't fix it. I was told to come back. I took off another day of work and it's still not fixed. I asked about compensation for the issues and the GM said that that they can't do anything like that. So I still have to take the vehicle back for a 3rd time More

Once again McLarty Daniel of Springdale comes through with the awesome service and got me back on the road. I am a professional driver I drive coast to coast "literally". I've been to CDJR's all across A with the awesome service and got me back on the road. I am a professional driver I drive coast to coast "literally". I've been to CDJR's all across America. This is my personal testimony. Believe it or not but McLarty Daniel of Springdale is one of the best dealerships in the country. I have a 2017 Ram Promaster 2500 that's still going strong because of them. All the dealerships across the country have a Service Team, nice clean lobby, coffee machine and TV's and other amenities. So the question is what would make one CDJR special over another? The answer is "Going that Extra mile for the customer" this is what the McLarty Daniel staff does exceptionally well. Cannot say thank you enough to Robert Read in the service department and the gentleman who worked on my Jeep. Took it in for a warranty diagnosis, they were able to have it approved and fixed in the same day department and the gentleman who worked on my Jeep.
