Service was great. However, the shuttle option was advertised on the website when I booked the appointment but when I arrived I was told there was no shuttle, only free However, the shuttle option was advertised on the website when I booked the appointment but when I arrived I was told there was no shuttle, only free uber within ten miles. I live more than ten miles away so my choice was to pay $80+ round trip for uber myself or wait at the dealership for five hours. I would've scheduled differently if I had know this was the case.
