Stephen Snow made my car buying experience so easy that I was willing to ride my motorcycle from the other side of the state and then tow it back home with my "new to me" 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport. I was looking for something very specific because I was replacing the car that I had loved that had been unfortunately totaled in an accident. Before there were pictures available Stephen went out of his way and took some pics himself and sent them to me and was totally transparent with any flaws that the car may have had since it was a used vehicle. He just made every part of the process so easy because he made you feel like you were just talking to your friend. We negotiated the whole deal over the phone, I already had my financing in place and when I got there it was a simple as signing a few documents and I was on my way. Stephen was even kind enough to help me load and tie down my motorcycle for the trip home when I got back from picking up the trailer to haul it. He seems to be just an all-around great guy. Treating people like he would like to be treated. And the dealership as a whole seemed very easy to work with and accommodating. It was a drive well worth it. And I absolutely love my new car! More
