Two and a half hours for a service that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes is too long. I watched my vehicle wait for a wash for 30 minutes while I was waiting. My time is valuable and that's why I made an appointment. It was my first service on my new vehicle and when my 3 free are done I will go elsewhere for service except warranty service. Very disappointed in speed. There was only 3 of us in the waiting room. All ladies f is there for hours. It wasn't a repair... Just a simple oil change and tire rotation.with a wash. 2.5 hours. According to the labor rate that's $500. No thanks More
