The sales guy here tried to use tariffs to get me to put a deposit down before coming out if I really was interested in an xc90 they had on the lot. Steve told me that there was no chance he could give me a break on price from list beyond a few hundred dollars, and laughed when I told him what I thought the car was worth and that I should go to Volvo of Lisle if I think I can get that price. I got the price I thought the car was worth at Volvo of Lisle. No one tried sleazy car sales guy tactics on me, so I bought there instead of Oak Park and the next week Steve followed up with me with that same car still for sale, no deposit down. More

Everything was spot on. Marc had all paperwork and my loaner car ready to go. Very professional. All work was done on time and I was called a.s.a.p. to come and pick up my car.
