After the amount of money we have spent, and the number of vehicles we have bought, I am severely disappointed with the service department and how I was taken advantage of and lied to. Ordered a Denali Pickup 3 months ago. Came in with wrong wheels. They were good at getting the correct wheels in within a few days. Salesman offered to pick up at house and bring back. I Came in with wrong wheels. They were good at getting the correct wheels in within a few days. Salesman offered to pick up at house and bring back. I stated “I’ll help you out and bring up if you can get me taken care of immediately. Please let me know a time that works for you?” They scheduled 9:30 AM on Friday the 19th. I arrived (from Kentucky) at 9:15 to switch 4 tires and wheels already mounted. 3 hours later I walked out to see what the delay was. hey stated they were short handed and let me sit. When the truck was finished I could tell the tires and wheels were obviously pulled from another truck due to the mud on the tires. Obviously a complete breakdown from sales to service. To back up I was told the truck would be in the beginning of December in October after a lack of previous request. Returning from out of town I emailed Alex on December the 11th (salesperson who dropped the ball twice) any word on my truck? He called 1 hour later stating “miraculously my truck showed up last night “ I requested to switch salesperson at that point and was taken care of on the purchase professionally. More
