Steve Hemenway has been with Glendale Chrysler for well over a decade, starting with us in September of 2002. Over the years, Steve has had many great customer experiences and has been blessed to have quite a loyal customer base. One time, Steve was out on a test drive with a woman who asked if they could stop by her neighbor's to show him the car. When they stopped they discovered that her neighbor was actually another one of Steve's satisfied customers. Steve is married and they have a 13 year old, a 10 year old, and a 7 year old. When he's not spending time with his family, Steve really enjoys watching the St. Louis Blues. Here are a few fun factoids about Steve: Favorite movie: I love old movies with Chevy Chase or Bill Murray. What is your favorite piece of advice? To follow the Golden Rule and treat others as you wish to be treated. What's on your bucket list? I'd like to vacation in Alaska and also go on a Mediterranean cruise.

I have purchased quite a few new vehicles over the years and my experiance at Glendale Chrysler Jeep is the best. My salesman and I worked out a deal, the shop added enhancements, and I was ready for having and my experiance at Glendale Chrysler Jeep is the best. I visited the dealership initially to look for a used Jeep Wrangler, as I was not willing to pay for a brand new one. However, I had been shopping for a while and had a very good idea in mind as to exac Jeep Wrangler, as I was not willing to pay for a brand new one. However, I had been shopping for a while and had a very good idea in mind as to exactly what I was looking for. Having not found it there, I was ready to leave. Steve was able to put me in a brand new Jeep at a price I felt was reasonable, simply by working to be creative. He even changed out the hard top for the soft top I wanted, as well. I was thrilled to be able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and am still ecstatic with my purchase. I had visited multiple dealerships in the last few weeks and had not come across anyone as willing to work with me to sell me a car. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. Great experience, especially with Steve. Although I did drive 300 miles to purchase the vehicle and did not even receive a full tank of gas because it was a used vehicle. For as many units the dealership m drive 300 miles to purchase the vehicle and did not even receive a full tank of gas because it was a used vehicle. For as many units the dealership moves monthly, and being rated the number one jeep seller in the region, you would expect $40 of gas not be something the dealer neglects to its customer. More

Steve Hemenway was outstanding and his Expertise and Quality Service as an Internet Sales Manager highly proceeds itself. His customer service, time, dedication and the speed in the loan process was beyond excellent and has restored my faith in purchasing a vehicle. Other car dealers that I have done business with in the pass was very time consuming from 6 to 8 hours. But Steve had everything processed and ready to go. As soon as I walked in at my appointment at 12:00 Steve gave me the keys and stated, there's your vehicle. And that is what I call Super Service. Completing and signing the paperwork with Richard Reichert was also excellent. Gendale is to me one of the finest, professional, quality service staff ever. I first contacted the dealership through the website inquiring about my new vehicle. Steve responded quickly and explained other options to what I was looking for. I asked if I could come by after work inquiring about my new vehicle. Steve responded quickly and explained other options to what I was looking for. I asked if I could come by after work and when I arrived he was there and available for me. I test drove the vehicle I wanted and he gave me options for another vehicle that gave me more for my money. I ended up purchasing the vehicle he recommended and it was more of what I was looking for and I saved about $200. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, Steve was again waiting for us and had his business manager working hard to get our paperwork finished after my husband signed the paperwork. Steve had our car ready to go when we were done with our paperwork and went over the vehicle in great detail. This was a great car buying experience and I hope to have the same service when I take my vehicle back for service. More
