There were aspects of this purchase that I found frustrating, and when I raised my concerns, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I initially planned to buy two vehicles—a Tacoma and a C frustrating, and when I raised my concerns, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I initially planned to buy two vehicles—a Tacoma and a Corolla—but ultimately decided on just the Corolla for my daughter. Mandatory add-ons, such as the $300 floor mats, along with the out-the-door price at finance differing from what was quoted by sales, etc.., significantly diminished the excitement of buying a brand-new vehicle. In the past, I have purchased vehicles and left the dealership feeling like it was one of the best days ever. This time, however, it simply felt like a transaction—no different than buying a pair of socks. More
