Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. The sale's person was lest then thrilled to see me. after driving 3 hours to get there I was out in about an hour. The sales person made no attempt to deal with me or offer me options to get a deal done. Once I told him that the number he came back to me with for a monthly payment was far above what I had told him he basically told me to kick rocks. No negotiations. Easygoing Sales Experience I worked with Steve Lefko while purchasing my pre-owned escape. He was never pushy and gave me all the information I requested for the cars I was inte I worked with Steve Lefko while purchasing my pre-owned escape. He was never pushy and gave me all the information I requested for the cars I was interested in. He was pleasant to work with. Their online statement of "the price you see is the price you pay" is true- they did not factor in every single incentive under the sun to make the price look super low (which is unrealistic for most buyers). I went in for a service and worked with Aaron Younger and it was scheduled to take 1.5 hours and I was waiting. Aaron explained to me there was an issue getting the part they needed and didn't want me to wait, so I was offered a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around all day waiting for it! They put paper on the floor and the seat to keep the vehicle clean while they are servicing it. I'm still new to this dealership but I have been pleasantly surprised up to this point More
