my car is a volvo cx70 2007.i am very happy with it. khalid was the salesperson with whom we dealt and he was outstanding..attentive to our desires and needs and price considerations. i try to stop in t khalid was the salesperson with whom we dealt and he was outstanding..attentive to our desires and needs and price considerations. i try to stop in to see him whenever i take my car in for service...how often do you hear of a customer doing that? the staff in the service department at keystone motors in berwyn has done an excellent job in servicing my car, keeping it in good condition, alerting me to potential problems and enabling me to make appointments asap and having a loaner for me. i love my car..i feel it is safe,it is comfortable and peppy..and the pop-up child seats in the back are very convenient for my grandchildren. i hope to always drive a volvo which i have gotten from keystone volvo in berwyn. More

Keystone Volvo treats its customers well. The folks in service patiently explain the issues involved in repairs. They also work hard to get you finished in a timely fashion. Keystone is a top notch dealership. I've purchased 3 Keystone is a top notch dealership. I've purchased 3 Volvo's from the company, and each purchase was uneventful. The staff are great and they treat Keystone is a top notch dealership. I've purchased 3 Volvo's from the company, and each purchase was uneventful. The staff are great and they treat you with respect. Whether its the purchase of a new vehicle, or buying parts or having my vehicle serviced. Keystone is #1. Whatever your problem, these guys and gals will go out of their way to find a resolution. I've never heard the words, "we can't" at Keystone. Even the service manager is involved in things to make sure his people are doing their best for the customer. And believe me, they have always done their best for me no matter what the problem. I would NEVER do anywhere else to purchase a new Volvo. Thanks Keystone, you rock!!! More

Prior to March of 2006, my husband and I drove Lincoln Continentals or Chrysler New Yorkers. In 2006 I was desperately in need of a new,RELIABLE car. My husband had passed away in 2005, so my daughter (a Continentals or Chrysler New Yorkers. In 2006 I was desperately in need of a new,RELIABLE car. My husband had passed away in 2005, so my daughter (a Volvo devotee) suggested that we take a drive to Keystone Volvo in Berwyn. I found the perfect vehicle for myself right away. It is the most reliable car I have ever owned. Zero problems! Taking my Volvo in for standard maintenance is never an ordeal - the Keystone Berwyn Volvo Service folks are always friendly and thorough. The Waiting Area is actually a pleasant experience. Freshly brewed coffee, current newspapers, magazines, and large screen television. I love the sprawling desk-area! One is comfortably able to do paper-work or work on his computer. I learned of Keystone Motors (Berwyn) great reputation, particularly for their expertise on the high performance Volvo S60 "R", through my browsing of various message boards. It should be noted that the "R" driver/ enthusiast has very high expectations of how a car should perform and they expect dealers to understand/ respect this passion when it comes to servicing their cars. I have serviced my car at other Volvo dealers and the experiences have just been "ok". It sometimes felt that the service departments did not want an educated customer like myself. It was painful to try and get the service departments to look into certain known trouble spots within the car. That said, with my CPO warranty close to expiring, I decided to make the 2 1/2 hours trip to Berwyn for them to do a detailed inspection of the car. They arranged a loaner car for me for the entire week, as I would not have been able to pick-up my car until the following weekend. Needless to say, their great reputation I had so often read about, is well deserved. Steve truly understands the customer and knows how to manage this relationship. He spent a great deal of time with me reviewing my car and I'm completely satisfied with the work that they did. My car is driving better than ever and I'm confident in the "clean bill of health" they gave my car in advance of the warranty expiring. I just wish Keystone was closer to me than the 5 hour roundtrip drive!! More

I am a big fan of Keystone Volvo in Berwyn, PA. My family has 2002 and 2003 stations wagons that we love and purchased new from Keystone. The service department has been great over the years and they have kept both cars running beautifully. We are now awaiting a new Volvo model (diesel hybrid?) that meets our energy efficient interests. The service department staff is busy to the max and they are very professional and completely organized. They have helped us obtain the benefits of our maintenance contracts, told us when a peculiar sound really wasn't worth fixing, nicely agreed to squeeze our out-of-state visitors who arrived with a Volvo problem into the schedule, and they have taken the time to discuss tire replacement and other repair issues with me over the phone when I have been traveling out of state. You do get what you pay for, and it has been excellent work and service. Plus, the coffee is great. I would absolutely recommend them. More
