I drove from Columbia, SC to buy my 3rd SUV in Charlotte and had a remarkably easy experience buying my 2021 Mazda CX-5. The sales experience could not have been more respectful and straight forward, very quick too! Communication was excellent by the entire staff, even sales manager Steve Stigliano contacted me late on a Saturday to confirm the receipt of my new license plate. My new Mazda CX-5 Touring is absolutely more enjoyable than my former Lexus RX350, great gas mileage and 9.9 safety rating! I will never drive a Lexus over a comparable Mazda again! Great dealership purchase experience!!!! More
